The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre has appointed Andrea Torres as Director of Sales – Corporate. She steps into the role after serving as Assistant Director of Sales – Business Travel, continuing her progression within the hotel’s commercial leadership structure.
Experience Across Global Hospitality Brands
Torres brings close to two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. Her career includes roles with leading international brands such as Hilton and IHG, where she developed strong exposure to corporate sales, account management and commercial operations across different markets.
A graduate of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, Torres began her professional journey as a guest service agent. Over more than 15 years, she advanced through a series of commercial and sales-focused roles, building a solid understanding of guest needs, corporate travel dynamics and long-term client relationships.

During her tenure at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, Torres has played an active role in strengthening corporate partnerships and supporting business performance within the Dubai International Financial Centre district. Her work has focused on building relationships with corporate clients, understanding the evolving requirements of business travellers and aligning sales strategies with the hotel’s broader commercial objectives.

In her new role, Torres will oversee corporate sales strategy, manage key accounts and work closely with internal teams to drive sustained performance across the corporate travel and events landscape.
