Aravinda Gollapudi has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Access Hospitality, the hospitality technology division of The Access Group.
Role and mandate
Aravinda Gollapudi will lead the global technology strategy at Access Hospitality. Aravinda Gollapudi will focus on advancing the company’s platform architecture and embedding agentic AI capabilities across its ecosystem.
Aravinda Gollapudi will oversee the full technology organisation, aligning product, engineering, and platform development. Aravinda Gollapudi will also drive integration across systems that support hospitality operations, including reservations, accommodation management, EPoS, payments, guest engagement, marketing, procurement, workforce management, and operations.
The role includes strengthening platform coherence and enabling systems that support real-time decision-making and operational efficiency.
Experience and background
Aravinda Gollapudi brings 28 years of experience in technology leadership across SaaS platforms, AI transformation, and large-scale system development. Aravinda Gollapudi has worked across global organisations, leading distributed teams across product, engineering, and platform strategy.
Aravinda Gollapudi joins from Sage, where Aravinda Gollapudi served as Head of Platform Business Unit and Senior Vice President of Technology. In that role, Aravinda Gollapudi led global teams and contributed to platform development and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
Aravinda Gollapudi has also held leadership roles at Intuit, Ellie Mae, and VeriSign. Across these organisations, Aravinda Gollapudi worked on building scalable platforms, driving digital transformation, and integrating AI into enterprise systems.
Aravinda Gollapudi has been recognised among Channel Insider’s 2025 Top 50 AI Leaders in the Channel and is a recipient of a Stevie Award for contributions to enterprise AI adoption.
Technology focus and platform strategy
Aravinda Gollapudi will lead the development of agentic AI capabilities within Access Hospitality’s platform. The focus will be on enabling systems that can take autonomous actions across pricing, demand forecasting, personalisation, and operational workflows.
The platform processes millions of daily transactions and interactions, requiring a structured and scalable approach to technology development. Aravinda Gollapudi will focus on building systems that integrate intelligence across different operational functions while maintaining reliability and performance.
The strategy includes creating a unified platform that connects multiple aspects of hospitality operations into a single system.
