Absolute Hotel Services India has signed a hotel management consultancy services agreement with Moksh Organic and Wellness Retreat LLP for The White Resort & Spa, Pawna, located in Lonavala, Maharashtra. The resort is scheduled to reopen in February 2026 following a phased handover and operational transition.

The White Resort & Spa, Pawna is positioned as a leisure and wellness-led destination overlooking the Sahyadri hills. The resort will feature 75 guest rooms designed to offer privacy, comfort, and expansive views of the surrounding landscape. An all-day dining restaurant will serve a range of culinary offerings inspired by both regional and international influences, supporting the property’s destination appeal.

Wellness, Events and Leisure Offering
The resort will include a full-service spa and a modern fitness centre, reinforcing its focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. Scope of AHS India’s Consulting Mandate
Under the consultancy agreement, Absolute Hotel Services India will manage the full pre-opening and transition phase. The mandate includes operational audits, system upgrades, development of the annual operating plan, sales and marketing performance oversight, financial review, compliance support, and asset management guidance. The engagement will be supported through regular site visits and continuous virtual consultation by AHS India’s specialist team to ensure operational readiness ahead of reopening.
