Radisson Hotel Group has announced the appointment of Chef Vipin Verma as the new Sous Chef (Pre-Opening) at Park Inn by Radisson, Lucknow. With over twelve years of culinary experience across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Vipin brings extensive expertise in kitchen operations, menu development, and food safety to his new role.
Chef Vipin most recently served as Sous Chef at Lemon Tree Hotels in Lucknow, where he worked from November 2024 to August 2025. Prior to that, he was part of the pre-opening team at Shyama Sarovar Portico in Orai as Senior Chef de Partie.

His career journey also includes working at Radisson Blu Gorakhpur as Chef de Partie, Landmark Royale & Funn Mall in Lakhimpur Kheri as Senior Chef de Partie, and Cygnett Park Di Arch in Lucknow as Demi Chef de Partie during its pre-opening phase. Over the years, he has refined his skills in food safety, menu planning, banquet operations, and kitchen management, supported by certifications in HACCP and food safety training.
In his new position, Chef Vipin will play a crucial role in establishing the culinary framework for the hotel. He will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, oversee kitchen operations, train staff, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. His responsibilities will also include supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting banquet and catering services as the property moves through its pre-opening phase and into regular service.
Chef Vipin’s appointment marks a strategic step for Park Inn by Radisson, Lucknow, as the hotel prepares to launch. His diverse experience and commitment to excellence will help position the property as a destination for high-quality dining and exceptional guest experiences.
