Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka has launched Del One, a premium all-day dining restaurant that brings together Delhi-inspired flavours, global cuisine and a contemporary dining environment. Located within the hotel’s atrium, the restaurant combines culinary offerings with views across the property’s soaring interiors.
Del One has been designed as an all-day dining destination, moving from breakfast and daytime meals to evening dining and bar experiences. Its menu draws on Delhi’s diverse food culture while incorporating culinary influences and techniques from across the world.
Del One Creates a New Dining Destination in Dwarka
Located at the heart of the hotel, Del One occupies a sunlit atrium surrounded by the property’s distinctive architecture. The restaurant features palm-lined spaces, warm wood accents, curved architectural elements, glass balustrades and a monochrome floor.
The setting is designed to transition from relaxed daytime dining to evening meals, while the atrium provides views across the hotel’s vertical spaces and guestroom balconies.
Five Culinary Journeys Define the Menu
The menu is structured around five culinary journeys: The Good Mess; Dilli, the Roads That Led Here; West of Here; East of Here; and Mithai Meets the World.
Delhi remains at the centre of the menu, with dishes including Agra ki Aloo Tikki, Del One Gol Gappa, Purani Dilli Samosa, Darya Ganj Chicken-Tikka and Jama Masjid Seekh-Kebab. The selection also includes Neapolitan pizzas, pasta, noodles, bowls, curries and regional favourites with contemporary interpretations.
Global Flavours and All-Day Dining
Del One combines familiar regional flavours with influences from international cuisines. The restaurant also offers artisanal beverages, creating an all-day format that accommodates different dining occasions.
The concept is intended to bring together food, drinks and hospitality within a single setting, from breakfast through dinner and evening experiences at the bar.
