The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments have appointed Tannu Wadhwa as Director of Finance, adding an experienced hospitality finance professional to the leadership team overseeing both properties.
Wadhwa brings more than a decade of experience across hotel finance, financial controls and multi-property operations. Her background includes senior finance roles with Marriott International, Accor, The Oberoi Group and other hospitality businesses, with experience spanning financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, forecasting and operational finance.

In her new role, Wadhwa will oversee the financial operations of The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments.
Her responsibilities will cover budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, compliance and cash-flow management. She will also work closely with business heads on financial planning and operational efficiency, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and performance monitoring.
The dual-property mandate will draw on her previous experience in multi-property finance operations and financial management within hospitality environments.
Most Recent Role with Accor
Before joining Marriott International, Wadhwa was associated with Accor, where she served as Multi-Property Financial Controller from December 2024 to July 2026.
The role provided further experience in managing finance operations across multiple properties, including financial reporting, controls and business planning.
Prior to Accor, she worked with The Oberoi Group in Mumbai as Financial Controller from November 2023 to December 2024.
Experience with Conrad Pune
Wadhwa previously spent nearly four years with Conrad Pune, where she served as Assistant Director of Finance from December 2019 to November 2023.
During this period, she developed experience across key areas of hotel finance, including financial reporting, month-end processes, food and beverage costing, statutory compliance and financial controls.
Her role also involved supporting the property’s finance function and maintaining processes that enable operational teams to monitor performance and manage costs.
Marriott Suites Pune and Early Career
Before joining Conrad Pune, Wadhwa was Finance Manager at Marriott Suites Pune, where she worked from June 2018 to November 2019.
She began her hospitality finance career with The Westin Pune Koregaon Park as Assistant Manager – Finance in 2016. This followed a year as Management Trainee with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, giving her an early foundation in hotel finance and operations.
Earlier in her career, she worked as Senior Executive at TPG Wholesale Private Limited, before moving into hospitality finance.
Expertise Across Hotel Finance
Across her career, Wadhwa has worked across several core areas of hospitality finance. Her experience includes financial reporting, month-end closing processes, food and beverage costing, statutory compliance, asset and liability reconciliation, accounts payable and income audit.
She has also handled financial controls and multi-property finance operations, providing exposure to both property-level finance management and broader portfolio requirements.
This experience will support her responsibilities across The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake and Lakeside Chalet – Marriott Executive Apartments, where financial planning and operational coordination will form key elements of her new role.
