The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has appointed Dinesh Varatharajoo as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, strengthening its leadership team with an accomplished hospitality professional who brings more than 15 years of luxury hotel experience.
In his new role, Dinesh will oversee all Rooms Division operations, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and maintaining the brand’s renowned service standards.

As Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms, Dinesh will be responsible for overseeing front office, housekeeping, guest services, and overall rooms operations while ensuring seamless service delivery across the luxury property.
His appointment reflects The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore’s continued commitment to operational excellence and personalized guest experiences.
Extensive Luxury Hospitality Experience
Dinesh brings more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having built a strong career across luxury hotel brands, including Marriott International, Westin Hotels, and Capella Hotel Group.
Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, he served as Director of Rooms at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, where he led Rooms Division operations and played an important role in managing hotel operations while the property served as a Government Designated Facility during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Capella Singapore and The Westin Singapore, including serving as Front Office Manager. He also has previous experience with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, where he worked as Executive Club and Butler Supervisor.
A graduate of Taylor’s University School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Dinesh has extensive expertise in operational management, guest engagement, quality initiatives, and sustainability programmes.
His appointment marks a return to The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, where he will now lead the property’s Rooms Division during its next phase of operational excellence.
