THE Park New Delhi has appointed Mayank Bajpai as Director of Food & Beverage. With more than 16 years of experience in luxury hotel food and beverage operations, Mayank joins the hotel’s leadership team to spearhead its culinary strategy and strengthen its position as one of Delhi’s leading lifestyle hospitality destinations.
His appointment comes at an important phase for the hotel as it continues to expand its dining experiences, including the recently launched all-day dining restaurant, Tyde.

Mayank Bajpai brings more than 16 years of hospitality experience, having built his career across several leading international hotel brands.
His professional journey includes leadership roles with Andaz, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group, where he progressed from frontline operations to executive leadership positions.
Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in food and beverage operations, commercial strategy, concept development, operational excellence, and guest experience, making him well-equipped to lead THE Park New Delhi’s evolving culinary programme.
