The Forum Hotel & Convention and Wyndham Ahmedabad Shela have announced an expanded leadership role for Vikas Khazanchi, who will now serve as Vice President – Operations across both properties.
Having been associated with the group for the past eight years, Khazanchi will oversee operations at both hotels, reinforcing the group’s focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Khazanchi brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, commercial strategy, revenue optimisation, market development, organisational leadership, and business performance.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led several prominent hospitality destinations across Gujarat, building a reputation for driving operational efficiency, strengthening commercial performance, and delivering consistent guest experiences.
His leadership philosophy focuses on continuous improvement, team empowerment, responsible business practices, and creating sustainable value for guests, employees, and stakeholders.
Expanded Responsibilities
In his expanded role as Vice President – Operations, Khazanchi will lead strategic initiatives across both The Forum Hotel & Convention and Wyndham Ahmedabad Shela.
His responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, enhancing guest experiences, strengthening revenue performance, developing talent, and ensuring consistent service standards across the combined portfolio.
Together, the two properties offer 387 guest rooms, catering to business and leisure travellers while serving as leading venues for corporate events, conventions, destination weddings, and social celebrations in Ahmedabad.
