The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Eco Bliss Resort Moolakada, Series by Marriott in Moolakada, Kerala, under its The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott brand portfolio.
The signing marks another milestone in the group’s expansion strategy across South India, taking its portfolio in the region to 15 operational and upcoming properties and strengthening its overall network of 190 hotels across India.

116 Rooms and Event Facilities Planned
Scheduled to open in June 2027, the resort will feature 116 rooms and suites designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers.
The property will include an all-day dining restaurant offering a variety of culinary experiences, along with event and meeting facilities designed to support corporate gatherings, conferences, weddings, and social celebrations.
Facilities will include a conference room and a banquet hall, positioning the resort as a destination for both business and social events.
