Spree Hospitality has signed eight new properties during Q2 FY27, expanding its portfolio across Maharashtra, Goa, Punjab and Odisha. The new signings cover Kolhapur, Karjat, Pune, Jaisinghpur, Indapur, Goa, Zirakpur and Angul, with most of the properties expected to commence operations within the next six months.
The additions expand Spree Hospitality’s pipeline across a mix of business, leisure and emerging destination markets. The company is pursuing the expansion through its asset-light hospitality management model and partnerships with hotel owners.
Eight Properties Added to Development Pipeline
The latest signings strengthen Spree Hospitality’s presence across established commercial markets as well as emerging leisure destinations.
The company said the properties reflect the diversity of its portfolio and are intended to serve different demand segments across business, leisure and destination travel.
Most of the newly signed hotels are expected to open within the next six months, making the near-term focus the transition from signing to operational launch.
Focus on Owner Partnerships and Operations
Spree Hospitality’s expansion strategy is centred on long-term partnerships with hotel owners. Under its management model, the company brings its operating systems, brand standards and distribution capabilities to its growing portfolio.
The latest signings also add to the company’s operating platform across multiple markets, allowing it to expand without an asset-heavy ownership structure.
Sagar Khurana, Chief Operating Officer, Spree Hospitality, said:
“Signing eight new properties in a single quarter is encouraging for us, but what is equally important is the quality of the partnerships we are building and the markets we are entering.
Our focus has always been on growing responsibly and building long-term relationships with our hotel partners. With most of these properties expected to open within the next six months, our immediate priority will be to work closely with our partners and teams to ensure smooth openings and establish each hotel strongly in its respective market.
As we continue to expand, we remain committed to our philosophy of DO MORE—for our guests, our hotel partners and our people.”
Expansion Across Four States and Goa
The eight-property pipeline extends Spree Hospitality’s footprint across Maharashtra, Goa, Punjab and Odisha.
Within Maharashtra, the new signings span Kolhapur, Karjat, Pune, Jaisinghpur and Indapur. Goa adds another leisure market to the pipeline, while Zirakpur strengthens the company’s presence in the Punjab market. Angul adds an Odisha location to the expanding portfolio.
The geographical spread gives the company exposure to a combination of established business markets and destinations with leisure and regional travel demand.
Building the Next Phase of Growth
The Q2 FY27 signings add another layer to Spree Hospitality’s expansion pipeline as the company continues to build its presence through management partnerships.
With most of the properties scheduled to commence operations within six months, the next phase will centre on opening execution, operational readiness and establishing the hotels in their respective markets.
The latest additions underline Spree Hospitality’s continued focus on expanding its national network through owner partnerships and an asset-light operating model.
