Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway, Subham served as Associate Director of Sales at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, where he played a key role in driving group and catering business while strengthening relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
His professional journey also includes leadership positions with Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, The Lalit Ashok Bangalore, and The Oberoi Group of Hotels. In addition, he was part of the task force team at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, contributing to business development and sales initiatives.

In his new role, Subham Saha will lead the hotel’s catering sales strategy across weddings, social events, corporate gatherings, and large-scale MICE business. He will focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and building long-term client partnerships.
