Sumit Rathour brings over 13 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with expertise spanning hotel operations, guest experience, food and beverage management, and business development.
Prior to joining Sevaantha Hospitality, he held key positions with leading hospitality brands including Marriott International, Radisson Blu, Radisson Hotel Group, and Aurika Hotels & Resorts. Throughout his career, he has been involved in restaurant operations, food and beverage management, pre-opening projects, operational setup, and service delivery. He began his hospitality journey with Grand Hyatt Goa, where he built a strong foundation in hotel operations.
At Sevaantha Hospitality, Rathour will focus on strengthening operational capabilities, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
M. Vijay Kumar Strengthens Governance and Strategy
Joining him on the leadership team, M. Vijay Kumar brings over 15 years of experience as a Legal and Revenue Specialist, with expertise in legal compliance, financial strategy, governance, and business growth.
As Partner & Director, he will provide strategic oversight across governance, compliance frameworks, and revenue planning while supporting the company’s long-term business objectives.
