Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL), a fast-expanding hospitality group operating over 118 properties across India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, has reported a commendable financial performance for the first quarter of FY26 (ended June 30, 2025), following the approval of results by its Board of Directors.
Financial Highlights
- Consolidated total income stood at ₹82.80 crore, reflecting the group’s strong growth momentum.
- Standalone total income was ₹48.45 crore.
Standalone Results (Q1 FY26 vs Q1 FY25):
- EBITDA: ₹11.89 crore, slightly lower than ₹13.62 crore in Q1 FY25.
- Profit After Tax (PAT): ₹3.62 crore, down from ₹4.43 crore in the same quarter last year.
Consolidated Results (Q1 FY26 vs Q1 FY25):
- EBITDA: ₹23.67 crore, up from ₹21.29 crore.
- PAT: ₹11.19 crore, down from ₹13.15 crore in Q1 FY25.

- Brand Expansion: The group is rapidly expanding via its Regenta brand, which now includes over 80+ hotels across multiple categories and acts as ROHL’s primary growth vehicle.
- Loyalty Platform: Regenta Rewards, a unified loyalty program, is being rolled out to consolidate its network of 118+ properties under a single guest engagement platform.
