Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has appointed Joey Dudding as Cluster Leisure Sales Director for Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth and Rosewood Little Dix Bay, strengthening the commercial leadership of its two luxury Caribbean resorts. In his new role, Dudding will oversee leisure sales strategy while supporting business development across key international markets.
The appointment reflects Rosewood’s continued focus on expanding its presence within the global luxury travel sector through stronger partnerships with travel advisors and industry stakeholders. Bringing more than 15 years of hospitality sales experience, Dudding joins the role with a proven track record in luxury resort sales and commercial relationship management.
To Lead Leisure Sales Strategy Across Two Caribbean Resorts
As Cluster Leisure Sales Director, Dudding will be responsible for driving leisure sales initiatives for both Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth and Rosewood Little Dix Bay. He will work closely with the commercial teams at the two resorts to identify new market opportunities, strengthen distribution channels and enhance visibility across key leisure travel markets.
His responsibilities also include managing relationships with travel advisors, luxury travel partners and industry stakeholders while supporting the resorts’ positioning within the competitive global luxury hospitality landscape. By aligning commercial strategies across both properties, Dudding will help expand market reach and support long-term business growth.
Brings More Than 15 Years of Luxury Hospitality Sales Experience
Dudding joins the position after serving as Director of Leisure Sales, East Coast at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort. In that role, he managed relationships with travel advisors, supported leisure sales initiatives and contributed to commercial strategies aimed at strengthening the resort’s presence within the luxury travel market.
Prior to joining Rosewood’s Mexico resort, he held sales positions at several prominent hospitality properties in New York. His experience includes roles at The Beekman, a Thompson Hotel, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he was involved in sales and client relationship management for the luxury lifestyle hotel.
Earlier, Dudding also worked at The NoMad Hotel, further building his expertise in luxury hospitality sales, business development and market engagement. Over the course of his career, he has developed strong relationships across the luxury travel sector while supporting revenue growth and commercial performance for internationally recognised hotel brands.

With extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales and strategic partnership development, Dudding is well positioned to strengthen leisure business for Rosewood’s Caribbean resorts. His knowledge of luxury travel distribution, advisor engagement and market development is expected to support the commercial objectives of both properties.
By working closely with travel advisors and identifying new business opportunities, he will play an important role in expanding the resorts’ presence across established and emerging leisure markets.
