Holymont Udaipur has named Ravi Dhankhar as its new vice president, the luxury resort said in an official release. Dhankhar will lead operational strategy, enhance guest experience, and support the property’s long-term growth initiatives.
Dhankhar brings extensive experience in luxury and upscale hospitality spanning top brands such as The Leela Palace, Taj Hotels, Sarovar Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, Narendra Bhawan in Bikaner, Pride Group, and Ramada Jaipur.
Before joining Holymont, he served as general manager at Holiday Inn Amritsar Ranjit Avenue, where he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and elevating guest satisfaction metrics.
Holymont Udaipur is located in the Aravalli Hills and is known for its architecturally elegant villas and wellness-driven guest offerings. With Dhankhar in a leadership role, the resort will focus on enhancing its experiential appeal and service excellence.

In his vice president role, Dhankhar is expected to oversee all hotel operations, including guest services, team development, strategic planning, and service standard implementation. His mandate will include maintaining brand consistency and driving innovation across all guest touchpoints .
The appointment underscores Holymont’s intention to reinforce leadership capability at a time when destination resorts increasingly compete on service and experiential differentiation.
