PRISM, the parent company of OYO, has partnered with Emversity to launch an international hotel management training and placement programme. The collaboration is structured to create a direct pathway from Indian classrooms to global hospitality careers.
The initiative integrates structured classroom learning in India with paid international internships, forming a 24-month skilling-to-employment model.

Programme Structure and Timeline
Under the partnership, Emversity will conduct classroom and practical training at its centres across India. PRISM will provide on-the-job learning at its Sunday and Palette brand properties in India, followed by overseas placements across its operations in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the United Kingdom.
The first cohort is scheduled to begin in early 2026. Participants will complete six months of training in India, followed by an 18-month paid internship abroad.
Certification and Academic Progression
Students enrolled in the programme will receive a 40-credit Professional Diploma in Hotel Management aligned with the National Higher Education Qualification Framework from MSU, along with certification from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
The academic credentials can be applied toward future bachelor’s or master’s degrees at participating institutions, enabling both career advancement and continued academic mobility.

Commenting on the partnership, Vivek Sinha, Founder and CEO of Emversity, said the collaboration is designed to establish structured pathways from vocational training to international hospitality careers by integrating work-based learning with global hotel operations.
Dinesh Ramamurthi, Chief Human Resources Officer of PRISM, stated that the programme will support standardised training frameworks and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline to maintain service excellence across properties.
Ankit Tandon, Global COO and CEO Europe of PRISM, added that the initiative aligns with PRISM’s expansion strategy by building a workforce trained to meet global brand standards.
With this partnership, PRISM and Emversity introduce a structured model combining education, industry exposure, and international placements, supporting workforce development within the global hospitality sector.
