Role to strengthen hospitality capital markets advisory
In this role, Nikhil Shah will focus on strengthening CBRE’s advisory capabilities across the hotels and hospitality sector in India. Nikhil Shah will work on transaction execution, investment advisory and capital deployment strategies for hospitality assets.
Nikhil Shah will also support clients in identifying investment opportunities and scaling hotel portfolios through structured capital solutions.

Nikhil Shah brings over 20 years of experience across hospitality investment and transaction advisory. Nikhil Shah has worked across multiple asset classes, executing complex and high-value transactions.
Nikhil Shah’s experience includes building investment platforms and advising on transactions across banking, private equity and capital markets environments.
Expertise across capital raising and transaction execution
Nikhil Shah has developed expertise in capital raising, deal structuring and investment strategy within the hospitality sector. Nikhil Shah’s background spans financial advisory, institutional investments and large-scale hospitality transactions.
