Le Méridien Hotels and Resorts has appointed Mihir Dwivedi as Director of Rooms. The Paris-born luxury brand operates nearly one hundred properties across more than forty countries. Known for its European heritage, consistent design language and curated guest experiences, the brand strengthened its global presence following its relaunch under Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

A Career Built Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Mihir has built his career across respected luxury hotel groups. He served as Front Office Manager at Aloft Hotels and Courtyard by Marriott Agra. Before that, he held key roles at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, including Assistant Front Office Manager and Duty Manager. His earlier assignments include responsibilities with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Dusit D2 Aerocity and The Oberoi Group. These roles helped him develop expertise in guest experience, operations, team management and service standards.

He completed his schooling at Lucknow Public School. Over the years, he has demonstrated a clear approach to improving guest satisfaction, enhancing processes and leading teams through structured development. His work reflects steady growth supported by hands-on experience and a strong focus on performance.

In his new role, Mihir will focus on elevating operational efficiency within the Rooms Division. His background in guest services, team leadership and daily operations is expected to support Le Méridien’s goal of enhancing service consistency across all touchpoints. He joins the brand with a future-focused mindset and a clear commitment to building reliable guest experiences.
