Karthikeyan Kandaswamy Brings Nearly Three Decades of Financial Leadership Experience
Karthikeyan Kandaswamy is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 28 years of professional experience across hospitality, energy, infrastructure, and banking.
Before joining Encalm Hospitality, he was associated with organisations including Larsen & Toubro, Shell, Standard Chartered, and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam.
Since joining Encalm in 2022, Karthikeyan Kandaswamy has played a role in strengthening the company’s financial and operational framework. His responsibilities included establishing the finance function and implementing an enterprise resource planning system aimed at improving financial controls and operational efficiency.

The elevation comes as Encalm Hospitality continues to expand across airport hospitality and related services in India.
The company has built its presence across airport lounges, wellness facilities, and transit-related services at major airports including Delhi, Hyderabad, and Goa. Encalm has also diversified into food and beverage retail, inflight kitchens, and hotel operations.
As the business expands across multiple verticals, financial leadership remains critical in ensuring governance, capital discipline, and operational scalability.
