Kalpataru Roy brings experience in front office operations and guest services, having worked across several hospitality brands during his career.
Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, he served as Front Desk Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark. Earlier, he held the position of Assistant Front Desk Manager at the same property, where he was involved in managing guest services, front office functions, and operational processes.
Front Office Leadership Journey
Before his tenure at Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark, Kalpataru worked as Front Office Executive at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa.
He began his hospitality career as a Guest Service Associate at Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center, gaining valuable experience in guest relations and front office operations.
