The Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverages role remains central to hospitality operations, overseeing restaurant performance, banquet operations, beverage strategy, guest engagement, operational execution, and team leadership. At JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, Ershad Mullick will lead food and beverage initiatives across the luxury resort’s dining and event operations.
Ershad Mullick Brings Over 15 Years of Luxury Hospitality Experience
Prior to joining JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, Ershad Mullick served as Director of Food and Beverage at Park Hyatt Chennai, where he led overall food and beverage operations with a focus on operational efficiency, beverage programming, service delivery, and guest experience.
Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency Kolkata, ANDAZ Delhi, and Hyatt Hotels.
His professional experience spans restaurant operations, banquet management, beverage strategy, team leadership, and experiential dining concepts across luxury hospitality environments.
Ershad Mullick holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the International Institute of Hotel Management.
