Raish Shaikh brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning food and beverage operations, guest engagement, team leadership, and service excellence.
Throughout his career, he has been associated with leading hospitality brands including Aurika Mumbai Skycity, The Leela Mumbai, The Westin Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
Leadership Background Across Luxury Hospitality Brands
Prior to joining Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai, Raish served as Deputy Food & Beverage Manager at Aurika Mumbai Skycity, where he was involved in managing operations, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting team performance.
Over the years, he has developed a reputation for operational excellence and a people-focused leadership style, with a strong emphasis on mentoring teams and creating memorable dining experiences.

Raish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Anjuman-I-Islam Institute of Hotel Management.
