Treebo Hospitality Ventures (THV) has announced the elevation of Hardik Goyal as Founding Partner, a recognition of his decade-long contribution in shaping the company’s growth, culture, and leadership journey.
Since its inception, Goyal has been closely associated with Treebo, playing a pivotal role in transforming the brand into one of India’s most trusted hospitality players in the affordable segment. His elevation underscores both his unwavering commitment to THV’s mission and the company’s confidence in his leadership as it gears up for its next phase of expansion.

Alongside his new designation, Goyal will continue as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing revenue-generating functions such as brand direct sales, corporate sales, OTA partnerships, pricing, and revenue strategy. His efforts in building sustainable demand systems and performance-driven models have consistently delivered value to both guests and partners.
In his expanded mandate as Founding Partner, Goyal will focus on deepening Treebo’s presence in tier-2, tier-3, and tier-4 cities, driving portfolio growth, and further advancing the company’s technology-driven solutions under the Hotel Superhero brand. He will also collaborate with the co-founder to shape Treebo’s long-term strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, and spearhead innovations in guest experience and operational efficiency.
