With nearly two decades of distinguished experience in hospitality communications, brand strategy, and marketing leadership, Ms. Dravid brings a wealth of expertise to this strategic role.
A Seasoned Communications Leader
Throughout her illustrious career, Gayatri Dravid has led communications and marketing functions for some of India’s most prestigious hospitality brands. She has been instrumental in developing brand positioning, public relations, and digital engagement strategies that have driven visibility and trust across diverse markets.
Her contributions include spearheading the pre- and post-opening communications for The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi, where she played a key role in defining the properties’ luxury positioning. As part of the pre-opening team at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, she directed all PR and marketing communications, successfully crafting one of the most anticipated hotel launches in the country.
Expertise Across Global Markets
Beyond India, Ms. Dravid has played a pivotal role in several hotel launches across Southeast Asia, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional hospitality dynamics. She was instrumental in the brand integration of The Fern Hotels and Resorts with The Series by Marriott, following its partnership with Marriott International earlier this year. Additionally, she helmed the press launch of ESPA in India, introducing the globally acclaimed luxury spa brand to the Indian market.
These experiences have strengthened her ability to align creativity with operational precision, positioning her perfectly to lead Rosetta Hospitality’s communications and marketing initiatives.

In her new role at Rosetta Hospitality, Ms. Dravid will oversee the group’s marketing, communications, and public relations mandate, encompassing brand storytelling, media relations, reputation management, and digital innovation. She will work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen Rosetta’s presence as a pioneer in curated luxury hospitality, driving visibility and resonance across multiple markets.
A graduate of Pune University, she is known for her strategic thinking, team leadership, and ability to craft compelling brand narratives. Her leadership will be pivotal in shaping the next chapter of Rosetta Hospitality’s growth story.
