Before joining Four Points by Sheraton, Birendra was associated with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal, where he served as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. In that role, he handled daily operations across restaurants, banquets, and lounge facilities, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and team coordination.
His professional journey also includes roles with Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Whitefield Bengaluru, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts. Over the years, he has developed expertise in restaurant and bar management, banquet operations, guest engagement, revenue-focused marketing initiatives, staff training, and compliance with brand standards.

Birendra is known for consistently achieving strong Guest Voice (GV) and customer feedback scores. His efforts have earned him multiple recognitions, including Best Manager of the Month and top rankings in Asia Pacific Guest Voice Reports.
