ASPHL signs THE Park Siliguri, a design-led hotel project within Chandmani Tea Estate in Siliguri.
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the signing of THE Park Siliguri, a 100-room design-led hotel that will be developed within the historic Chandmani Tea Estate in Siliguri, West Bengal. The hotel will be developed under a hotel management agreement with Luxmi Tea Co Private Limited, bringing together hospitality and tea estate heritage in a destination-led development.
The upcoming hotel is planned across approximately 3.25 acres within the tea estate and is scheduled for completion by March 2031.

Development under West Bengal’s Tea Tourism Policy
The project will be developed under the Tea Tourism Policy of the Government of West Bengal, which aims to promote tourism through hospitality developments located within tea estates across the state.
THE Park Siliguri will combine the character of the tea estate setting with the brand’s signature design-led hospitality approach, offering guests a distinctive experience rooted in the region’s natural and cultural heritage.
Strengthening ASPHL’s presence in West Bengal
The signing further strengthens ASPHL’s presence in West Bengal, a state closely associated with the origins of the brand. The company currently operates THE Park Kolkata at Park Street, two Zone by The Park Hotels, and one Zone Connect by The Park in the region.
The company has also recently signed THE Park Kolkata at EM Bypass, continuing its expansion within the state where the brand first began its journey in 1967.
