Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) for the upcoming Zone Connect by The Park Bharatpur in Rajasthan, adding a new property to the brand’s portfolio across India’s leisure and tourism destinations.
The 63-key hotel will be located around 3 km from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Keoladeo National Park and will combine accommodation with dining, events and leisure facilities. Its location will also provide access to Bharatpur’s heritage attractions and several major destinations across the Golden Triangle and Braj region.
New Zone Connect Property in Bharatpur
Zone Connect by The Park Bharatpur will be developed as a leisure-oriented hotel serving visitors to Bharatpur as well as travellers exploring nearby destinations.
The property will be located approximately 7 km from Lohagarh Fort and the Government Museum. It will also offer connectivity to Fatehpur Sikri, Mathura, Vrindavan and the Taj Mahal in Agra, each located approximately 55 km from the hotel.
The location near Keoladeo National Park is expected to support the property’s positioning within Bharatpur’s tourism market.
63-Key Hotel with Events and Leisure Facilities
The hotel will feature 63 rooms and a range of dining, event and leisure facilities.
Café C will serve as the property’s all-day dining restaurant, while a banquet hall and landscaped lawns will cater to weddings, celebrations and social gatherings. The hotel will also feature Plunge, a swimming pool for guests.
The combination of accommodation and event infrastructure will allow the property to cater to both leisure travellers and social events, including destination weddings.
Expanding Zone Connect’s Leisure Presence

The hotel is being developed in partnership with Kishori Hotels Pvt Ltd.
