With more than 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Akshat Das brings extensive expertise in revenue management, distribution strategy, commercial performance, and hospitality operations. His appointment strengthens the leadership team at Royal Orchid Hotels as the company continues to expand its presence across India.

Over the course of his career, Akshat Das has held leadership positions with several prominent hospitality brands and destinations, including The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Island Resort Maldives, Al Nahda Resort & Spa, Alila Jabal Akhdar, and Hotelivate.
His international and domestic experience spans revenue optimisation, commercial strategy, distribution management, and business growth initiatives across diverse hospitality markets.
Akshat Das Previously Led Revenue and Distribution at Fortune Park Hotels
Before joining Royal Orchid Hotels, Akshat Das was associated with ITC Hotels, where he served as General Manager – Revenue and Distribution for Fortune Park Hotels Limited. During his tenure, he played a key role in revenue strategy, distribution management, and commercial performance across the brand’s portfolio.
He also held the position of Corporate Manager – Revenue & Distribution at Fortune Park Hotels and previously worked as Associate Director at Hotelivate.
